The provision of data is necessary for the exact fulfillment of the above-mentioned obligations, and failure to provide them will result in the impossibility of fulfilling the contractual obligations incumbent on us, as well as the impossibility of being promptly updated on new products and services offered by our company, etc. Data subjects are granted the rights set forth in Article 7 of the aforementioned Code and in particular the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them and their communication in an intelligible form, as well as to request their rectification, updating and deletion in accordance with the law, and to object to their processing.
